Seedboxes / Bittorrent / XDCC / etc: Forget it. While we make our best efforts to provide unmetered VPS solutions, RapidXen is not interested in facilitating copyright and legal violations. Distributing legal content is allowed, but we will shutdown your server if we get complaints about clear DMCA violations. No exceptions. More information is available in our TOS.
Spam / DDoS / Illegal Activity: If your intention is to use the RapidXen service to violate US law, disrupt our network and other networks, or send out unsolicited bulk email, then RapidXen is not for you. We will shut down servers that send out unsolicited bulk email, or are performing DDoS attacks, typically within minutes of notification. No exceptions. More information is available in our TOS.
Residents of Afghanistan, Burma, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Turkey and Zimbabwe: Due to either highly elevated risk of fraud, or US government trade restrictions, we are not presently offering service in these countries. Orders from these countries will be cancelled and refunded without service being provisioned. We reserve the right to monitor outgoing network traffic to validate that residents of these countries did not order their service with fradulent information.
Orders suspected of being fradulent: We reserve the right to decline any order we feel is fraudulent, for any reason. Declined orders will cancelled and refunded without service being provisioned. Declined orders may not be contested.
Residents of China: In many cases, order turn-around times are elevated due to high fraud risks. We wait for your payment to clear before we provide you with service. We apologize for any inconvenience due to this policy, but it is for our mutual protection. It can take up to 7 days for payment to clear. This only covers the initial payment and payments involving unsuspension requests. Also, your billing period begins when your account is approved, not when you place your order.
Other Important Information
Bandwidth: Each VPS package comes with 2mbps 95th%tile unmetered usage (what is this?). To increase the limit, please see the charts below. Your usage will be throttled if necessary to ensure compliance with this policy.
IPv4/IPv6 Addresses: Each VPS comes with 1 IPv4 address and either 1 free /64 native IPv6 Range or multiple free /96 native IPv6 Ranges. There are a maximum number of ips which are allowed per VPS: 128MB (3) IPS max, 192MB (4) IPS max, 256MB (5) IPS max, 512MB (10) IPS max, VPS with 1024MB memory or larger can request their own subnet.
VPS Discounts (Multi VPS/Referrals) Purchase an additional VPS and get 5% off each, refer our service to someone who signs up and get 5% discount each. (Discounts can be combined for a 10% max discount per account.)
All prices are USD. Currency exchange is handled through our payment processors.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your server. Our network security procedures require re-provisioning your service in the event that
it becomes compromised. Your old filesystem will be in /old if that happens.
Payment
PayPal or Google Checkout preferred. Other payment options can be considered by opening a trouble ticket. Both PayPal and Google Checkout allow you to pay with a credit card without opening an account.
