Yes. All VPSes include a static IP. If you need additional IPs, open a support ticket and explain why it is needed. Additional IPs are $1/month.
We use PayPal and Google Checkout.

On average, 20 VPSes are on a host. This is much better than most VPS providers which load up to 100 VPS on a machine.
Some of the images we use do not presently include modules for our typical kernel. This is a bug. But, the modules can be downloaded here for 32-bit and 64-bit kernels. You can use uname -a to find out what type of
kernel you are using.
